Life Skills Coaching (LSC) will setup a preliminary interview to determine what you want to accomplish. The interview will cover:
3 Identify where you are NOW , in the areas of relationships, financial/career, intellectual education, physical well-being, and spiritual wellness;
3 What drives you, what excites you, you are looking to achieve, what is the soul's desire;
3 What holds you back or obstacles that have stopped you in the past;
3 Eliminate fear as a factor keeping you from any goals; and
3 Knowing that you are able to create your own destiny.
Once this first step has been complete then LSC and you are ready to define your vision.
Step 2 - identify your priorities, Set challenging goals that may cause you to stretch beyond your comfort zone.
Step 3 - create an action plan for achieving the specific outcomes/goals that you want to achieve, both short and long term. An action plan also provide a system of accountability for benchmarking performance.
The next step or step 4 is to implement and integrating your plan. This is often the missing link between words and action. LSC will help you keep your focus, also redefine your plan until you get the right blend of flexibility and structure that works for you.
