Cellular Release Therapy ™
THEORY
The following material is extracted from the Cellular Release Therapy™ Workbook, by Anne DeChenne Drucker, C.Ht. because the explanation is clear and concise and I would never be able to explain Cellular Release as well. "The subconscious mind resides in every cell of the body, and the cells are continuously programmed from the moment of conception. This, programming is, in fact, multi-layered and holographic when we consider that what continues from lifetime to lifetime is the energy system, which contains the record of all experience from all previous lives. This energy system becomes the electromagnetic force matrix, which forms and informs the entire current life body. Therefore, all experience from previous lives is present in this body. This information is the foundational beginning of the database for the body/mind for this lifetime. The subconscious mind has unlimited ability to receive, record and store information, and to bring forth logical results based on this information, but it has no volition, per se. What the subconscious does not reject, it accepts as fact. So, for instance, as traumatic experiences, internal conclusions and beliefs about the self that result from these experiences, emotions, shock, fears and other data accumulate over the years, at some point it can make perfect sense to the subconscious to create, an illness or disease of some sort in the body. When we first create a method of dealing or coping with trauma, or things we don't understand or are fearful of (often when we are very young), this coping mechanism becomes a resource. When this method of coping outlives its usefulness and becomes limiting, impairs our ability to functions or hinders us in some way, we call it a symptom. So, the child who withdraws, isolates or becomes angry to protect himself may find that as an adult these strategies inhibit his ability to have satisfying or intimate relationships with him/herself or others. Because we are unable to deal with the experiences and feelings, and they are so often painful and/or traumatic, we distance ourselves from them. We suppress them, minimize them or push them away in some way. They end up deep within the body, within the very cells. All of these feelings and experiences are held in some form within the body. This accumulated trauma literally contaminates the natural intelligence of the body/mind. The subconscious, then, is like a computer operating with faulty software, with no ability to escape from its own database. How does it work? For the purpose of this work, memory has three components: 1) the facts (what actually happened), 2) the feelings (how the person felt during the experience) and 3) the learned response (to the trauma). These three components continue to cross-trigger all through the life, until intervention takes place. Clearing takes place while in a state of deep relaxation. This allows direct communication with the subconscious mind. With agreement of the subconscious mind the body can begin to release various levels of painful and hurtful experiences. The subconscious knows how to clear the emotional charge from this memory. Once this is cleared, these components will no longer cross-trigger. The client does not lose the memory or the experience, only the emotional charge/pain. The energy that has been held in the form of these feelings releases from that form and integrates back into the energy system. The energy field literally expands as this takes place."
